Pesach 2021

Liat is a bright, nine-year-old child with high cognitive abilities. However, she suffers from an incurable progressive degenerative disease that affects every aspect of her life. The disease is debilitating and the extent of this has been exacerbated over the past 12 months.

The Covid-19 pandemic has meant that the clinically vulnerable Liat is unable to leave her home, attend school or lead any kind of ‘normal’ life. The lack of schedule and routine, as well as anxiety about the pandemic, put Liat’s developmental and emotional wellbeing at risk.

Jewish Child’s Day has provided Liat with a computer and internet access, reconnecting her to the world and to the therapy services on which she depends for peace of mind, stability and a chance to thrive.

As a leading global organisation supporting Jewish children in need, Jewish Child’s Day has been able to support Liat as well as thousands of other children like her.

We would not be able to do this without you. Please give generously and make a Jewish Child’s Day.
