Payment Terms & Conditions

1. Donation

You are making a donation to support the aims and objectives of the charity. No goods or services will be exchanged as a consequence of this donation. If you have a query relating to your donation, please contact us by using the information below.

2. Event/Ticket Purchase/Admin Fee

If your payment is in relation to attending an event, administration fee, or payment for anything else other than a gift or donation, this payment will only be used to pay for that service.

Charity vouchers ie KKL, CAF etc can only be used for the sole purpose of making a gift/donation and not to pay towards attending an event or registration fee.

Please note, that all event tickets are non-refundable. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, you will be offered either to retain your ticket for the new event date, or to be offered a full refund.

If an event has passed and the ticket has not been redeemed, payment must still be made to cover the costs of the charity and no refund will be offered.
